Milam is a great school with a caring staff. I like the fact that they have loving teachers some that have been there for over 20 years. My older children ages 24 and 19 both went there as well as my 7 year old Twins who are currently enrolled there. The music Teacher is the still the same. So we have a very experienced staff. I think once they come to Milam they do not wish to leave, it is that welcoming and desirable environment in which children thrive. I only wish they had more funds for sports and playground equipment. They also need a bigger school. But the staff, teachers and counselors could not be any better than they are. I will be sad when my children have to move on to the next school. You have alot of parent involvement here. People really care.
