Great experience with 7th grade teachers, and the front office they are very helpful and friendly. My daughter loved 7th grade and can't wait for 8th grade. The assistant principal doesn't seem to get things done properly...always passing the concerns to someone else, can't answer direct questions, I saw great involvement with parents with the Theater, band and drill team departments.

The day by day drag is sort of boring. The academics here or OK but very average. Dicipline is good but I know many people who get away with things that they shouldn't. Over all a very average and normal school. If you're looking for a spectacular school don't choose this one.

This is a wonderful school. And the teachers are not mean and rude. They are just great and do a good job enforcing the lesson. I love this school. Everyday I go here I never think will I be safe because I know that I will always be safe in Peet Jr. High!

This school has a great learning envirnoment. Contrary to what the parent said in 2005, there ARE teachers and staff as well as security members, who stay after and before school when children are at school. This is probably because our new principal has been only focousing his attention on us, the students. If I could ever stay in this wonderful learning envirnoment forever, I would. One teacher though, is not meeting the standards for what she is teaching, in my eyes and the eyes of other studnts. I don't think that she's aware of it, and I'm sure with the knowledge of this she would rise beyond.

This is an excellent school! My only complain is that the drill team director did not send the kids to competition an the team refuses to accept boys. Fortunately the cheer squad has accepted several in the 07-08 year.

Actively involved with their academic programs, the staff at Peet is also strongly pro-sponsor of sports, youth groups and school spirit. Campus security is closely watched by professionals whose sole task is just that. It was reassuring for me. I felt confident in the both grades' principals, too. I'm not too sure about how well the administrative portion is at keeping up with students' records. For some reason I have had to (in the last 2 years) resubmit documents on one day, but be able to wander the campus the next. That was only regarding my permission to pick-up my stepdaughter.

Peet does a great job including children with special needs. I was very surprised that my child received the quality of education at this level. The teachers are mostly compassionate and willing to provide the support needed for success.
