This school has been voted a Blue Ribbon School and is an exemplary school.. this is due to the dedicated,fantastic teachers who go above and beyond to teach their students. Teachers tutor students after school and give up their Saturdays so their students can succeed on their state mandated tests. The school has many programs that motivate students to learn such as the Acelerated Reader program where students read book for points that they can use to purchase things they want, the drill team program, where girls can show their school spirit, the science lab which offers programs for younger and older students where they can do fun activities and the library team which offers students library skills. These are just a few of the items the school does to help their students become great leaders.
