Academic focus and philosophy

Educational philosophy and approach to learning At The Kessler School, our curriculum has been carefully selected to ensure that every student meets or exceeds the educational standards for their grade level. The standards we use for language arts and math are the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). For science and social studies, we use the Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills (TEKS) standards. With small class sizes, we are able to tailor our teaching style to match a student's individual learning style.
