Parent involvement details Mount St. Michael Catholic School welcomes parents into the life of the school. Parent meetings, socials, and student performances take place throughout the year. Room Mothers coordinate class specific activities, field lessons, projects, and service opportunities. Parents also volunteer in a variety of capacities to support clerical and supervisory aspects of the school.
Approach to addressing and preventing bullying Mount St. Michael Catholic School is a Virtue-Based Restorative Discipline School of Distinction. Students engage in opportunities to learn about and grow in virtue throughout each school day. Students are equipped with tools for conflict resolution to be used in every day conflicts. Such skills often curb situations from escalating into serious harm. When serious harm occurs, measures are taken to ensure the safety of the target and to engage parents to ensure a secure future.
