A point that disappointed me was to see that there were alot of children on the playground and only one teacher. I feel that although she is one of the few teachers attent to the children it is still a handful for one teacher with approximately 100 or more children at one time.
Not enough attention is paid to the large number of academically advanced children in this school. More emphasis is needed in the TAG program. Parents, while involved, are not doing a good job working with the Principal to acheive desired goals. The PTA Board took a position of harsh animosity with the Principal from her first day on the job. This has not been helpful. This conflict has made us the problem step-child of the district.
