As a parent, I feel that Townview Magnet is a good school for any student who wishes to pursue a specific career. The teachers work closely with the students to ensure that they are staying on the right track and focusing on their academics. They also allow students to participate in internships during the school year, which helps them to decide if this is the career choice they want. The counselors also work closely with the students to ensure that they receive the proper information for college such as scholarships, applications, and information pertaining to special events. Parents are also invited to participate in their student's academic studies by volunteering to assist the teachers in classrooms and on field trips. Students are also encouraged to visit different community colleges and universities to help them make decisions in whichever career they're interested in. I highly recommend this school to all parents.
