A public school with a private school education!!! I just love this school. My daughter will enter her freshmen year with 4 credits. I'm just sad to say this is her last year at this school. The staff are like family and they have been just wonderful since day one. They always have my daughters best interested in mind. Oh, and if you are a go green fanatic like my daughter. This is the school for you!!!!!! They are also a BLUE RIBBON SCHOOL.

This school is absolutely fantastic! It is one of the best kept secrets here in the DFW area. Definitely one of the best public schools that STATE OF TEXAS has to offer. My younger sister is currently enrolled there and loves it.

This is an excellent school. I've never seen a principal who is as caring and dedicated to a school. The leadership I see is awesome! This school prepares our children for the future.

I can't begin to express how satisfied I am with DESA this school is phenomenal. The line of communication between staf and parents is unlike anything I have ever seen. I love this school and so does my child.

I was a student in D.E.S.A. two years ago, this was kind of akward for me at first because of the small campus, but once you get to know the teachers, you actually are happy being surrounded by people you know very well. It really has that feeling of people being related because you get to know everybody(all 200 students)and also the teachers are great!!!!Even thou Mrs.Glahn and Mr.obinovsky and Mrs.Fuller are hard teachers who expect allot from you, its all worth it every six weeks because you are proud of your grade(even thou you would get a 70 for algebra 1 pre-ap)it's a great accomplishemtn for me because once i got to high school, i was urrounded by sophmores and juniors(i was one of the 2 freshman in that class)Overall people are great Ms.Watson was amazing, teachers are super nice and super sweet, Glen Rose was a blast!!!!Love this school!

I was a student there. It's a great environment to be in. The teachers care about us students. Unlike the other teachers I had, the teachers here are actually willing to stay after school to tutor us. We really didn't mind if there wasn't any extra curricular activities. We get to choose an activity for advisory and friends are easy to make. What I like about this school is that its small and you get to know everyone. The field trip at Glen Lakes is all worth it the wait. If you want your child to get accepted to Townview (which is one of the best schools in the whole nation), apply your child to this school because they could get easily accepted to SEM, TAG, Health, or any of the other clusters they have. Trust me, I got accepted thanks to D.E.S.A.
