My daughter attened the summer program and we have been so impressed that we have decided she will attend full time in the fall! Great program. They focus on mastering the basics, and after 3 years in public school, I've learned the basics are HUGE and NOT taught in public schools. CCA expects children to learn, work hard, have fun and be's a great school. My daughter is thrilled to be able to stay there this fall.

There is no better place for pre-K and Kinder, hands down. CCA provides a solid foundation in the important things - math and English. Yes, the the other review is correct in that they only attend school 2 hours a day, but you as a parent are expected to have them complete age appropriate homework at home. You would be astounded at what these kids learn. My son did 3 years here, starting at age 4, and moved to a highly reputable private school for second grade and now blows everyone away in math and is on the high end of his reading and spelling groups. Also true it is old-fashioned - but that WORKS better than this touchy feely modern pedagogy that doesn't believe in our children's abilities. You have to see it to believe it.

Campbell Christian Academy is just so-so. Children only goto school 2 hours a day 4 days a week. The owner, June Campbell, is old fashioned and curriculum is out dated.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
