Daugher has gone there fior 3 years and really enjoys it. Just as important, she is learning and can read a surpising amount for her age. Social skills are also honed here.

This is a great school. The Montessori method allows the children to explore and learn and although this can be mystifting to parents at times, they really do learn a lot. The teachers are excellent and they make sure that each child is getting the attention they need. We were very happy with the quality of education our two sons received here.

This is an not-for-profit school in the innercity of Dallas which serves primarily children from low income families. It has had an outstanding record for 25 years. Children who leave East Dallas Community School have much higher success rates in upper grades and higher graduation rates than the average for students in the public schools. This school has helped children of all income levels go on to success.

Oops! We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Public and charter school test scores for most states come from the state Department of Education. The most common reasons we might not have this data are either that not enough students took the test or that the school was recently opened, and its scores have not yet been reported.
