Excellent School District. Caring Staff and Teachers. We were in this district of 6 years and would highly recommended it to all. The teachers, staff and the district care about the children, family and there co-workers. thank you decatur for wonderful memories and a great educational foundation of learning.
I do see some ares that could use help. The school its self is very nice. It is large and clean. I do feel the Principal needs to look at the overall issues with the children. There is a huge problem with children harassing some of the other children. I was told at the beginning of the year that any problem will be dealt with quickly, however that was untrue.I also belive when changing from city to the country there is a adjustment period, however the teachers and staff did not address the problem with the children.
