The teachers are knowledgeable and provide a great enviroment to the students. However, it seems there is a certain disconnect between the teacher and administration staff. The administration lacks to support the teachers when it comes to disciplining the students. This results in students becoming repeat offenders due to the lienancy in disciplinary action. I will admit the students that required disciplinary action are small minority of the student population but it still can result in hinder in creating a well-rounded academic enviroment for the rest of the students.
