This was my daughter's first year at ND and I am extremely pleased. She has been accepted and she now enjoys going to school. We moved her from a neighboring school where she had many problems with bullies and she dreaded going everyday.

We have a new superintendent, Mr. Pat Clark, who I believe exhibits great leadership qualities and has great vision for our school. We are a small school with excellent teachers, great kids and a very friendly and patriotic Christian rural community. Our children came from a private school and very much prefer this small public school and the opportunities to make long lasting friendships while getting an excellent academic education. The science and math instruction are far superior to the private school we came from. They are challenged to learn and to be responsible citizens. I am challenged as a parent to get involved with their instructions and extracurricular acitivities. Reading is strongly encouraged, as well as athletics and band. We are recognized as a family at our school, the teachers, staff and principals know the students and the parents and they are always available to discuss progress and goals.
