My daughter got kicked out of cheerleading which allowed her to be in the dance team instead. We have seen much improvement in her. She has participated in a lot of activities and events. She has performed and even competed!!! We are proud of her accomplishments and how the dance team has had a positive impact in her life.

I do not believe the faculty in this school provide a nurishing and enriching enviorment for my child to learn in.

Staff really needs to watch cameras 24/7...They are not doing their job!!!!

Pricipal need and assistant principal need to be on top of things..... Lots of bullys and fights

I go to this school and it is a really good school the principle is a good principle, Mr. Edwards. Teachers are awesome! and they care if we pass too. its a good school!

I think Veterans Middle School is a great school. For one thing the principal and teachers really care about the students and go wway past their limits to help them. They also help students with programs like ESL and AVID, and they help migrant students and their families. Also, VMS is the secondary Texas Reconized campus in the district. In addition, the schools displane is a '5 star rating', they do not talorate misbehavoir. They also take pride in their electives. Their band and choir preform and compette. ROTC is handled by a great St., and art classes enter some artwork into compettions.

VMS has the same problems like any other middle school in the valley; however, it has improved academically every year and is now a Texas Recognized campus. The only secondary school in the district to be recognized. Its discipline is 2nd to none and I challenge you to compare its record to any school in Texas. Proud Parent

Veterans Middle School to me is one of the worst schools in the u.s. I do not recommend it to anyone. There are 2 many drugs and bullys. So if you have a son/daughter in that school i recommend remove them from that school.
