The school and the surrounding area is truly a great environment for learning. I moved into the school district from southern California. The student to teacher ratio was great and I was able to do a lot of extracurricular activities that I was not able to do at a much larger school (at the larger schools I was more involved with Sports Programs and never gave thought to student clubs or organizations). I also noticed that the parent involvement as well as the community involvement far exceeded anything I ever experienced at my other two High Schools I attended previously. You will find a great small community with a great education system as well as a solid sports tradition here and not far from the Houston area.
