I have two children at Bruceville-Eddy. I don't feel like the principal has leadership qualities and lacks professionalism dealing with students at this level.

I have a grandchild that is finishing up kindergarten in Mrs.Hawkins class. Where do i begin. As far as Mrs.Hawkins goes I couldnot have asked for a better teacher. My grandchild had homework everynight from reading to spelling words and work sheets. due to Mrs.Hawkins teaching by grandchild is reading and doing fractions!! my gosh she is in kindergarden. I got to know Mrs.Hawkins and Mrs.Trigg and I have to say they are Bruceville's best teachers. I am confident that when my grandaughter starts first grade she will be prepared and have all the tools needed to excel. You both will be missed. Sandi Muniz

Bruceville- Eddy High is not a school you would like to send your child to advance and learn a lot in their classes. This school pretty much is for children that don't really want to succeed big in their lives. Think of it like an easy way for your child to graduate. My child didn't feel challenged in her classes and there aren't many classes she could choose from. This school didn't offer many classes. The only good thing is that your child will get to know everyone in it. It's a lot easier to get a hold of a teacher for extra help. The school's budget is very low and that's why there are always problems with something inside, whether it be the water, light, or the low quality of desks and equipment. So overall I do not recommend this school to anyone.
