Edinburg North High School is the best of the best. Its teachers are hardworking, the school leadership is beyond dedicated, and the students happily reap the benefits of the stellar education they are provided. This high school regularly sends students to top tier universities in the country and has numerous accolades on a state, national, and global level. It is one of the best high schools in the country and is certainly academically the best the high school in south Texas.

ENHS is terrible! Adminstrators and staff refuse to provide kids who may be lagging behind an opportunity to enroll at their school, although they are zoned to the school. My son and nephew were told by the prinicpal and asst. prin. to go to one of the other 2 schools to enroll or get their GED! This is terrible and this is not of the only incident I know of, but it happened to us. This kind of stuff is totally wrong for kids and parents. "ENHS you are a public school"... hello!!!

This school is alright for the smart folk, but they don't do much for kids who need extra help. For the jocks and geniuses, it is great. The teachers are good, but the rest of the staff is/was subpar. Don't try to call them, though, because you will never get a response, or if you do, you'll get the runaround. I've been trying to get my transcript sent to a college for about a month and a half to no avail. I can't even get the proper fax number. I have gotten 3 different fax numbers over this time and they have all been busy for a month straight. No matter the time of day, or even if i talk to someone in the office immediately before faxing. Great teachers, bad office.

Hi, am a current student at ENHS. This is a great school. The staff is very friendly and are able to help you out at anytime. They also have a variety of sports and clubs. I am in the ROTC program, and its great. I have to say, that it has transformed me to the person that I am today. It teaches leadership skills, aswell as the importance of communication and tact, and it offers more that 100 community hours every year. Its an amazing extra curricualar class :D

My daughter is a freshman at ENHS this year. I have noticed she is very enthusiastic more so than usual. She loves her teachers and is doing well academically thus far. She is involved in sports as well. She felt very comfortable and welcome by the older girls in softball and I believe this speaks well of the guidance and direction of the coaching staff. I certainly appreciate all of the staff at ENHS.

My son is a freshmen at ENHS. I love ENHS. The staff is great from the first person you meet at the front office, teachers, coaches, band instructors, custodians, police officers, Nurses, athletic trainers, administration, and attendance staff. I believe its a well rounded campus. Principal, assistant principals, and counselors are willing to help at all times. Always with a smile. I don't believe in TAKS testing and what it represents, but I do belive in great teachers doing their job. ENHS your are great. I trust my child and soon childrens education to you. Thank you

I graduated from Edinburg North High School so I know first hand of its extra-curricular activities, academics, and staff. The choir director at Edinburg North is outstanding. EN has every extracurricular activity that I could remember. If they didn't have it they would make it. The teachers Advanced Placement teachers did exceptionally well in their teachings. The principal is by far the best principal that showed concern for his students in giving them the best environment, programs, 'sports', and education available. He takes pride in Edinburg North High School and so do I.

The school had a great Honors program but there was a disturbing gap between Honors and Advanced. English AP tests were managable because of Mrs. Torre's afterschool preps and practice tests. Administration and Faculty had favorites!
