Eastwood is the best school in town. I graduated from eastwood and the only thing I wish is that I could spend another four years there. I will always support Eastwood

One fo the finest schools in El Paso. Administrators and Faculty really care about the students and their progress. One of the best athletic programs around.

Best school in El Paso with fine teachers, administrators and extracurricular activities. Best dance teams in Texas and the best swimming team in Texas as well. Students need more discipline, however.

Eastwood High School is El Paso's finest school. They are the pride of the Eastside. Eastwood is a school rich with tradition and school spirit. The continuation of traditions set in 1961 when the school opened are still celebrated today. This is possible due to the hard work and dedication of the faculty and staff. Higher Education is the focus of the teachers at Eastwood. With various advanced placement programs and a gifted and talented curriculum, the students leave the school fully prepared for college. Athletics are also supported at Eastwood. Everyone has the oppurtunity to get involved and excel in extra-curricular activites. At Eastwood finding a student who is not somehow involved is like finding a needle in a haystack. The parent involvement in the lives of teens at Eastwood is unparallel. Very simply Eastwood is the place to be.

Mr. Mata, Principal, and his Staff are to be congratulated regarding their continued focus on Eastwood's academic endeavors. While Eastwood holds a strong focus on accelerated learning, honors, and college preparation they also support their students in all student activities. The students are supported as they participate in academic, athletic and other programs which stress leadership, resonsibility, citizenship, and community involvement. Eastwood is assisting in the development of El Paso's future Leaders. Eastwood is truly El Paso's Finest and their success is evident.
