All my kids went through the EFISD system. It is a great and spirited community. The enthusiasm among the town is amazing. The school itself is mediocre in some ways but fabulous in others! Teachers are caring, but firm. There are some who will bend over backwards and some that won't bend at all. Typical of most schools. The Administration staff is wonderful. Now that Mr. Chapman is Superintendent of schools, he is making a difference. Many people want him gone, but he's the best thing that happened to EF. Once they got rid of the riff raf at the schools, things improved. The embarrassing nature that one principal left really put an image on the school that was lacking taste. As with any schools you have your good with the bad, but overall it is a great community which overflows into the school.
