My child has attended KRK Flower Mound for over a year. Our overall experience with pre-k was good and we felt that our daughter was prepared for kindergarten. My daughter now attends kindergarten in a neighboring district and the director told us that they did not have zones preventing them from accommodating transportation to and from school (their website currently states otherwise.) Since September my child has been late to school 8 times in a 9 week period. KRK never mentioned their difficulties being on time until I brought it to their attention. My five year old should be given detention for her tardies but the principal agreed that would be unfair. Instead of finding a solution, the director told me there was nothing they could do to get my daughter to school on time and understood if we needed to make other arrangements. Very disappointment with the customer service and feel like their attempts to arrive on time weren't genuine and lame. They clearly regretted the commitment since they found it to be inconvenient and basically forced my hand into making a change. KRK: Your message has been read loud and clear by this parent. You don't care!

I was very excited about enrolling my child at the Kids r Kids child care facility in Flower Mound. The fact that they have cameras in each room, allowing me to check in and see my child from work was a major selling point! Unfortunately, my experience at Kids r Kids has not been great. The biggest downside for me are the caretakers in my child's room. They appear young and inexperienced. I do not see ANY nurturing taking place, which is a basic requirement for toddlers per the state licensing for childcare facilities. My child follows the caretakers around all day like a shadow, and they don t even acknowledge him. He is never picked up, unless it is to change his diaper or place him in a new location. There are no hugs, no tickles, no head pats... it is as if they are going through the daily routine of what they HAVE to do. They never even sit down to play with the children. It has been a major disappointment. I would prefer to see Kids r Kids hire more mature and nurturing folks.
