Rufino Mendoza Sr Elementary School 2

the quality of programs depend on the teacher and definately the parent participation. some teachers will push their kids to the best of their ability while others do just enough to get by. parents think it is the schools resosibility to teach everything to the kids when in reality it takes both parents and teachers, there is simply not enough parents involved in the school activities. that includes helping the teachers with whatever they need to keep the class functioning properply, {field trip helpers, field day helpers, donations. principal leadership means that the principal get involved in knowing not only the kids but the parents as well, not only the trouble makers but all the parents and kids, making herself visible on a daily basis just in case a parent has questions and are not comfortable going to the office to discuss problems or just to know what she is like
