I am a parent to now two children attending VZGE. A few years back I left a very positive, motivating, proud review of this school. No, I'm not saying that I am not still positive nor am I not motivated or not proud of the school at all. What I am saying is the structure and discipline has gone down since the arrival of the current principle that came in following the untimely death of wonderful Dr. Constance Goines. There seems to be a serious lack of control, lack of interest, lack of concern, etc towards many parents and students who want to learn at VZGE. Instead there has been excessive attention towards students constantly in trouble within the classroom and outside, that has yet and seems to not be of interest to maintain nor control. I love the school, teachers, and students of VZGE, but it lacks leader control.
