Stripling is an overall good school. My kids love it and the many of the teachers really care about the students success.

I don't know where they get their ethics form but you do not follow a kid home from school and threaten them. I though the parent was suppose to be called if there are any issues or letter sent home. All of my childs teachers know they can call me any time. I think this behavior is unacceptable.

Love this school! It's the absolute best! Most people only don't like it if they're not 'popular' or aren't treated as great as the 'popular' people. But I love it! Almost everybody is my best friend =]

I myself have been impressed with the way teachers work with parents and students so that students may reach their academic goals. I also appreciate the school's extracurricular activities such as the handbell choir, drama and choir. The staff is very professional and friendly. On the bad side, my son has not been pleased with a few disciplinary problems by other students, but the staff did jump on these issues promptly and we felt reassured.

This would be a good school to put your child in. there are no gangs around the neighborhood and it is very pesceful.though there are times when the kids will have it out but you cant stop that any where you go there will be these little fights here and there. The parent involvement is very good we have a small little store where you can buy school supplies open every day(the PTA members run it). The availibility of music, arts, and sports are great, they have everything imagineable:football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and cheerleading.(all open for any gender).they also have free physicals to get into sports. Plus they have an after school program that provides them with help on their homework and provides snacks and fun activties when they are all finished studying. They also have a great band, choir and art programs that have scholarships to fine arts schools. They even have a class AVID that helps prepare you for college.
