My grandson, 8, attended this school for the majority of this yr., & is now in public school. His learning needs are being better addressed than they were (not at all) in the pricey private school. Communication re:progress was minimal & bullying was dealt with in the most ineffectual way. From all appearances, it was glorified babysitting. The topper was when the ENTIRE school shut down for 2 days so the staff could go to an out-of-town wedding, & parents were told their children could be looked after by some male employee that was not a certified teacher or paraprofessional. Really? I would say this school has gone downhill since the previous reviews. I will never recommend this school.

My son has been in this school since he was two (he was in the childcare part of the school). Now he just completed K. His language & math skills are excellent. His behavior is great. I believe it is because of the teachers at the school. They are very caring and see a student as an individual. If any parents who are not satisfied with the public school system, CCL is the school you want to put your kids in. The tuition is affordable, having before & after school care is available.

I think that this place has so much to offer.

The children at the CCL school receive individual instructions in a multi-grade level classroom. Students learn to work together as well as on their own. Success is built into the school activites. My grand daughter has developed self esteem and confidence since she enrolled. Her academic achievements have been outstanding. The teachers are well experienced and supportive, yet, through personal guidance, demand the best from the students. I highly recommend The CCL school.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
