St. Mary's Elementary School

I highly recommend St. Mary's! The teachers are simutaneously kind, firm, and good teachers! While we are now homeschooling, I recommend the school without reservation.

St. Mary's is a wonderfully small and caring environment for our two sons. The Catholic-faith based education is (in our opinion) superior to the public schools and provides for a true 'family atmosphere'. Tuition assistance is widely available, the new technology program is state of the art and the sports programs are exemplary. Parents (for the most part) are very involved and the spirit of volunteerism is alive and well. A fantastic environment for kids to learn more than the basic reading, writing and arithmetic...

St. Mary's is an amazing school. Unfortunately my son was only there one year before we moved. If you are fortunate enough to live in the Fredericksburg area and can afford the tuition, your child will benefit greatly from this school. Every teacher, every staff member is amazing. There is a sense of community and family that no other school can match. The other parents there are wonderful. Even though this is a private school it is not stuffy at all. My son still misses his teacher and the whole school, despite the fact that he was only three when he attended St. Mary's last year. We knew wht an amazing school this was from the first day we visited and we were never disappointed! We sure miss it now.
