This is my child's third year at Ganado Elementary. It is a wonderful place with a positive environment for our child. The teachers are great. I know that everyday my child is in school, the very best effort is being made so that he learns what he supposed to learn and even beyond. The principal is a very open, warm and informed individual.
Level of parent involvement is beyond compare. Rated from Acceptable to excellent in the TAKS testing for as long as I can remember. Music, sports, and extracurricular activites are a great and very supported aspect of this school. Art is not so available being that it is a small town. Academic programs are top rated with a wonderful special education program in which both of my children are in. Very supportive close knit school in the same kind of community.
