Garrison is great school with above average mid management. Teachers do an average job of educating the students, as with all schools, some are strong teachers and some are not. Seems to be a revolving door with athletic coaches. The school board's micromanagement style leads to instability with direction of the school. Overall, it is an average small town school with small town problems and pluses.
Weak principal became a weak superintendent who then hired weaker principals. Current superintendent only wants teachers and principals that he can dominate. New elementary principal appears to be an exception.
