I think the school is fine. I went there all off middle school. But maybe from a parent or teachers view its not that great of a school but im was a student there and its just like any other middle school.
This school is horrific! I am filing a formal complaint against this school with the school district. I am also concurrently filing a stolen property report with the Georgetown Police department against a member of the faculty at this school. I would absolutely advise not to send your child to school here. They are absolutely not receptive to speaking with the asst. principal to rectify a situation. I was even told "while making a police report I didn't need to do it while on their property" Rude, incompetent thieves run this school.
Principal is demeaning and favors certain teachers and students. If you have a child who has academic or behavioral problems don't go to this school.
Dedicated teachers with challenging population-Pre-Ap courses strong, math teachers Hagg, Michalik, Irvine have served my son well
Overly focused on sports, excluding Tennis. Lack of teacher updating websites. Office staff, not too friendly.
