i love this school my son always comes home with a positive attitude and make sure he does his home for loved and admired teachers. Plus Granbury always keeps my son well fed and fit from lunch and excersizing activites . Good job Granbury we love you.

I'd say it's a pretty good middle school for Granbury. The teachers can be a bit cranky(from the view of a 8th grader), but overall it's better than most schools. And I have to say the sports here are the best!

I guess the leadership has gone down since the last reviews. The staff in the office is great, the teachers do not seem to have any patience I moved my child quickly to another local school when I first started seeing problems. I think new coaches and a new principle would help out with some of our problems that we experienced.

I have a child that just finished at GMS and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is caring and loving toward each and every student. They focus not only on their education but also becoming a successful, trustworthy, valuable member of society. This is a school that builds good character and rewards its students with great incentives to want to achieve greatness not only for themselves but for their peers and their teachers. I was VERY impressed with the leadership of this school. The parent involvement was super with family nights. The music programs there are second to none with many state awards. The coaches promote team players and not just going for the win which we had the district champs. The drama dept. was fabulous. The cheerleaders won Top team two years in a row at camp and also boast members that are national champions. Good job GMS!
