My child went to this school in the 4th grade and the teachers are great. Unfortunately, when it comes to the principal and the office staff, they are not as helpful and friendly as they should be. I had a bad experience and did not feel any support on their end on what is best for my child. They were quite rude and not supportive at all!
As a teacher, I know what I want to see in my children's education. This is not it...I have never been in contact with a campus and faculty LESS focused on the children and parents. The teachers and principal here are not learner centered. When quesitons were asked or concerns voiced they fell to deaf ears. I can not even express how disappointed I was with the education and treatment that my children received at Brawner.
Everyone is so friendly. We chose to send our son here because the atmosphere is so positive for kids.
My daughter has attended this school for two years. We have been very pleased with the principal, teachers and other staff. They really care about the students and the student's achievements. It is a great school for any child.
