School Official Point of View

The teachers at Providence Christian use a multi-sensory approach to learning in a Christ-centered environment. Each student is taught at his/her own level of learning in a small group setting of no more than 10 students. We provide after school tutoring, appropriate accommodations for students with learning differences, and the Take Flight program for students with dyslexia. We serve students K-12.

Develops respect:
SCHOOL LEADER
Students are taught three rules: honor God, respect others, and do your best. When students begin to realize that we are all made by God, they begin to see the value in the differences of each person and can learn to respect those differences.

I would like thank the Church at River Oaks for allowing Providence Christian to be a part of their ministry team. Thank you to the board members of Providence Christian for your continuous support and the efforts you make to make Providence THE place to be. Thank you to Katie Moore for your tireless effort to make learning fun at PCA and your constant thirst for knowledge which helps you better serve our students and their families.

Develops empathy:
SCHOOL LEADER
Students are taught that we are God's workmanship and are "fearfully and wonderfully made." God has a plan for each of his children and has blessed each one with a gift to be used to bring honor to our Savior, Jesus Christ. God made each of us just the way we are, and we are to value His work.
