The school is great...loved everything about it; however, the principal, Mrs. Petty, seems very unapproachable and disconnected...does not communicate with parents very well...

My son Jaeden, a third grader at Bowie school has immensely enjoyed every aspect of this elementary. He's attended Bowie since Kindergarten and has had nothing but wonderful teachers and guidance the last four years. Jaeden has ADHD and all of his teachers have been patient with him and considerate of his hyper-activity. The school has continued to grow and develop each year with new construction and projects along with a wonderful new principal, Mr. Pratt. I recommend this elementary to anyone new coming into our area.
