I have 5 children attending Hartley ISD. This is a K-12 school in an unincorporated townsite just south of Dalhart and about 65 miles north of Amarillo. This school is a 'Promising Practices' school which means that it is awsome for students with disabilities. It has the same small town politics school board, but the education they offer is wonderful. There are many students that trasfer in from neighboring schools for the personal attention the school offers it's students. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this school a 8-9.
