I am a student here at Hawley High and after seeing other schoos, I feel that this school is the one for me. The teacher to student ratio is around in (in my classes) 1:15. The sports are a large part of the school, but what school isn't. Our school does have a very strong music program. During the last qualifing year, our band made it to area which is a very big deal.

after moving from the nort east I find Hawley HS a good environment, the classes are not over crowded, as far as dicipline the students have a choice of corporal or detention. they usually pick the corporal. Hawley is a small town and a great place to raise a family. extracurricular activities are the best way for the town to socialize in a small town.
