I think the school has made great improvement since we first moved here. Most of the teachers truly care, the accelerated classes are great, my child loves it there and is very involved. A school is what you make it to be, not what you hope it will become without your involvement. Parents have to be involved and support the teachers and their children. I suppose thats why my child does good, I take interest in my childs work, teachers, and conduct! The school does not raise my child, we do!
I am very proud of Hempstead Middle School. The Teachers and Administrative Staff work hard and really care about the students. My child excels in his schoolwork and looks forward to moving up to Hempstead High School. Keep it up Bobcats!
Hempstead Middle School has alot of great teachers. But some I would stay away from.
This school is horrible. The teachers are unprofessional, they are very un-caring, the children have to fight to learn, instead of teachers fighting for the kids to learn.
