We heard so many great things about this school and were super excited to enroll out kids there. We were very disappointed. The PTA involvement was fantastic, a little cliquey, but really student centered. That's where it stopped. The instruction was poor. The "high standards" we kept hearing people talk about we never saw. Student behavior was poor and the staff did little to improve it. Lunch with my child was a nightmare and we were segregated when we ate there. The school principal gives the appearance of being there an caring, but I never saw him actually take a stand. It is clear that the teachers are in charge and do exactly what they want. We made the conscious decision to pull out children not only from this school but from this very divided and sere gates district. Do your due diligence. Very very poor school choice.

This school is warm and inviting overall. However, most of the teachers are teaching the test and not really teaching the child. I believe that the school is used to having scores that come from the enviornment that they "serve" and aren't really sure how to meet students' needs. Sooner or later this will catch up to them.

This school is OK. They are not really educating the children with information that they need and the teachers have trouble controlling poor student behavior. But they are trying.

Finding the right school was the main thing when we were looking for our new home. My daughter started kindergarten at SV and loves it. THe staff, PTA is heavily involved in praising kids for good work and showing appreciation to the awesome teachers. Great place for a student teacher to get their feet wet.

A principal who is involved with the children and who knows most of them by name as well as teachers with the highest moral standards make this school a high-quality alternative to a Christian private school. Excellent academic standards and achievement.

Spring Valley is a well rounded schol with an incredible team of educational professionals. With an active PTA and wonderful communiy support Spring Valley is an ideal academic setting!

I couldnt ask for a better school. From the curriculum to the teachers. I have found everything to live up to their 'exemplary ' rating. I cant imagine my children getting a better education anywhere, even private school.

My daughter will be in the third grade this coming year at sp valley. She loves this school. It has the best teachers and principal. They really care about the students.

This is a fanstastic school. The teachers are great and truly care about the kids. The children have a lot of pride at Spring Valley. The PTA is very active and does a lot for the school.
