I have two children that attend this school. A 7 year old who has now moved on to public school and a 3 year old who currently attends. Both of my children absolutely love this school. The owner and all of the staff are absolutely wonderful. They make you feel like part of a family there. The best thing about this school is that they teach Christian values. They start off w/ prayer and bible is part of their curriculum. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.

Kid has been coming here for nearly 3 years, great curriculum throughout. School staffs work with a great effort to ensure each student s success. Smaller class size means all students receive full attention and teachers-students interaction. Best of all, Sunshine children offers onsite daycare where I conveniently drop off my kid early and pick up late (as late as 6 pm). My kid loves field trip program, excitedly comes home brags about it every time after the trip. Highly recommended.

I ALMOSt registered my children here, but Im glad now that I didnt! The people at the dek were not very helpful ( in fact quite rude), they were poorly organized and were unable to answer basic questions! What made me decide this wasnt the place for my children and to forfeit the 120 registration fee? While at the desk asking ( unsucessfully) for basi information such as discipline policies, schedules etc..the 2.5 teacher was chaning a diaper on the floor in the middle of all the children while an unattended child was biting the head of another child!! UNREAL!

My daughter attended from age 2.5 years through pre-K. She waltzed into public kindergarten already knowing basic phonics and able to fly through the very challenging Pasadena ISD kindergarten curriculum.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
