Whitcomb Elementary is the BEST school in CCISD. It isn't the newest, the fanciest, or the one with the richest families -- but this school employs the most dedicated, hard working, AMAZING staff there ever was! We have been at Whitcomb many years and if I had ANY school to choose for my children to attend, hands down - it would be Whitcomb, without hesitation. Amazing school. Amazing staff.

My kids have gone to Whitcomb for the past 3 years now, and we all love it. The teachers are great and very involved. The Principal, Mr. Smith is such a motivational and great guy who really has a wonderful relationship with the staff and students alike. I would highly recommend Whitcomb to any parent.

G.H is a really great school. The principle, teachers, and staff are super friendly. I especially like Alpha, the 4th, and 5th grade GT program.

Whitcomb elementary is a terrific school. My child is in the 4th grade and his teacher as well as the whole team of 4th grade teachers are great. The school seems to work together and the teachers work together. The material being taught in 4th grade is based on the curriculum and my child enjoys going to school. I want to thank Whitcomb Elementary for making this year successful

This was our first year at Whitcomb and it has not been a great experience. We have received notices about activities 2 days after the event already occurred. The teacher did not send home any instructions for the projects they were assigned. There were a few students who have serious behavioral/discipline problems and it does not seem that they were ever rectified. The issues I brought up seemed to be ignored. Don't get me started on the insanity of the drop off process in the morning. I hope the next two years fly by.

I have had some very frustrating moments dealing with Whitcomb Elem. I do like the principal but many of the teachers do not operate at my standards. On a positive note I adore the teacher daughter has this year. She is truly top notch. However, I will be an educator as of next semester and I will not be sending my application to Whitcomb.

school is not very helpful with anything, bad attitude from the business office and their employees. The school is way behind in elementary education. My daughter started Kinder this year, and she was frustrated because they haven't even start teaching whatever she had learned last year in Pre-k, She Got Bored! so We took her to another school that is more advance and care about their students

Whitcomb Elementary is an amazing school. There is such diversity of race, religion, and economic status, that only serves to benefit all of the students at Whitcomb. The parents of our Whitcomb 'Stars' do a great job lending their support to the school. We have parents that are engineers at NASA, small business owners, or that work at the many retailers and businesses in the area. This broad range of people gives Whitcomb a special character not found at many schools. The teachers and staff at Whitcomb create a safe and welcoming place for our kids to learn, many of them have devoted their entire careers to the school. When teachers make sure that their own kids go to the school in which they teach, you can bet that it's a good one.
