I am a former student of North Shore Senior High. I graduated in the top 3 percent of my class, class of 2007. I rarely did any work, honestly, if you just behave correctly teachers will pass you. I had some friends who seriously couldn't read and they still graduated. They spend way too much on their athletic programs, hence, I had to use a 20 year old calculus book they was nearly torn to pieces. Though, the orderly structure of the school is good. They do not care about education all that much. I am currently a senior at Texas A&M University @ College Station, and would like to express that if you have a choice, do not send your child to North Shore High School, unless just being satisfactory is what you want.

I have attended every open house and have randomly visited the 9th grade campus 'just because' to see how things operate on a normal day to day routine. I am very impressed with the orderly conduct of the students and the attentiveness of the staff. I am proud of the student body. They appear to be excited to learn and excel.

Very good school with excellent leadership, Mr. Moore at the 9th grade campus and Mr. Wallace at the 10-12 campus. Both schools seem to be very orderly and clean every time I visit.

North Shore Senior High School is amazingly academically competitive. Also, it's huge! At first, this was thought to be a bad thing (short lunches and etc,) but it proved to be benefitial towards the lives of the children involved. The mass number of kids caused less fights and more participation in extra-curriculars such as tennis, theatre, choir, band, golf... many classes are offered at the Senior High--- which is great due to the high percentage of lower-class teens that go to the school.

I'm a junior here at North Shore Senior High. I like the environment of the school except that I wish there was more academic competitiveness among students.

I am a student at NSHS. I am in my 3rd Year there. I am in ROTC. The instructors there are great. They don't force you to be in the military. They do teach you discipline and respect. They are great. The teachers are great and Most of the principles are nice. I Love the school.

I am a senior here at NSSH. I am in Air Force JROTC and have experienced many adventures and met a lot of students from around the state that share the same interest as me. The program has provided me with discipline and emphasized on character. The instructors DO NOT force you to join the military. They do promote Air Force, but for me, I am going to the Marines in July. The school is great, the district is great, and most of the teachers are really cool. Last but definitely not least, CLASS OF '07 RULES!
