This school needs alot of work. The teachers do not know how to discipline the children the right way. And with no extracurricular activities the kids are always going to be bored and slightly unruly.

This school has made a 300 degree turn. Four years ago this school was one of the 'worst' school in the district as far as discpline, education and moral among the staff. A new principal came in and has worked very hard to change the school. She still has that 60 degrees to go and completely turn it around. She improved the attendance rate and gave the students back their dignity. The teachers are more in sync now and one can sense some kind of a school spirit emerging.

I give this school a bad review for the simple fact that my children were placed in a so called 'split class' that consisted of 3rd and 4th graders. In fact, my kids were in a special education classroom with 10-13 year old students. I was totally unaware of this until it was too late. I feel so betrayed and so hurt that a school would subject any child to this environment. My kids were A,B, and C students and left this particular class as C and D students and haven't learned a thing. Now they will be repeating 3rd grade. Also, this school doesn't have music, sports, art, or anything that will hold a child's interest.
