This is the place that earned national news coverage over a first grade child being forced to sit on the floor for class for weeks without a desk because she doodled on her desk in pencil. Her parents were not told of that punishment. Sincerely hope the reprimanded teacher spends at least 22 days thinking about the reprimand and that the reprimand is also in full view of the teacher's peers. Maybe sitting on the floor at staff meetings, and made to address staffers admitting what they did. Seemed OK to do to a first grader, right? I see the mission statement is to inspire and support families . . . Big fail!
I sent all three of my boys here and teachers and staff were great. Teachers are very dedicated to the learning of my children. They offer programs for your chidren for assistance if they're behind in certain areas of school work. So I would recommend this school for anyone to go.
I am very disappointed in this school, there are no boundaries for these kids and the teachers spend so much time on the disruptive children the good ones that are there to learn dont receive the proper attention they need and deserve.
