Living Word Christian Academy

My son has attended LWCA since preschool and is now a seventh grader. He has always done well, however, under the current administration and staff his focus has improved immensely and he"s doing better. I'm extremely proud of the fact that he's in a Christian enviroment where biblical principles are taught along with the other academics necessary to progress to the next level in life. I highly recommend this school.

My son has been attending this school since August. I love the Christian based learning environment that teaches honesty and integrity. My son surprises me with how much he has progressed academically. His teacher this year is AWESOME. He is already reciting bible verses to me!

I have two grandchildren that have attended ABC Word Academy and love it. My grandson Aiden has attended for three years and his teacher is awesome. Ms. Evelyn has a great relationship with him and he is excelling in her class. My granddaughter Erqka loves (Ms. Dee) and can't wait to get back to her. The overall school has a good curriculum and the teachers are very attentive to the children. I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for great school.

I AM NEW TO LIVING WORD CHRISTIAN ACADEMY My granddaughter is a PK there. We started there three weeks ago and so, far everything has been excellent . Everybody is so, nice and very friendly I love it there already. I am looking forward to the future.

My family has had a great experience with ABC Word Academy! The teachers are very nurturing and works great with the kids. They have learned so much while attending this school. I really recommend this school to anyone who has children. The pre-school program is excellent. My daughter came during the second half of the year and she learned do much in a short period. Parents you still have to do your part but these teachers are a great first start. I really do love Mrs.Tanya and so does my daughter, but Ms. Meka, Ms. Missa, Ms. Larrisa, and Ms. Nakyia all play a part as well.

The Teachers at Living Word Christian Academy are extraordinary! The Superintendent, and other Upper Administration, bring a negative atmosphere to the school. They smile, yet your heart knows it is FAKE. They do not LIVE THE WORD in their actions or the tone of their voices. (making snide remarks behind one's back) My children are not being cared for by a babysitter. They are learning every moment of their day, (well, except nap time) If I could just deal with the teachers and not the administrative staff this place would be near perfect. I do have a problem with paying for EVERY field trip or play. Isn't that what my $250 activity fee is for? The advanced curriculum and the incorporation of GOD throughout the day is AWESOME. The teaching staff is AMAZING. For my child EVERYDAY was a GOOD DAY.

I am new to the Living Word Christian Academy family and so far I am very pleased with the staff at the school. The staff has been very helpful and have shown love and support to me and my family. I love ABC Word Academy!! Ms. Tina along with all the other staff members have a great presence on campus and are always availble for questions and concerns. My daughter is starting her second year at ABC Word and I have seen tremendous growth. I hope this year is just as wonderful!!!

LWCA is a great school for any child to attend. My daughter was used to staying at home with grandma so I thought that it would be very hard for her to adapt. However the teachers and staff not only made her feel comfortable being there, they made me feel comfortable as well. I like the fact that they treat the kids like their very own, when they are sad or crying the teacher pick them up and comfort them. My daugter has learned so much there and I am very greatful.

Mychildren have been attending this school since 2006. My husband and i are pleased with the biblical and academic education they receive there. I have three children who have all attended pre-school there, and two of my children are now taking advantage of the intruction provided by the Gifted and Talented teachers in the upper level classes.

My son started attending Living Word Christian Academy/ABC Word Academy school in August of 2011. He was 2 1/2 years old. Ms. Evelyn was his teacher she is AWESOME! She nutures her students at the same time teaches the essentials needed for 2 year olds to grow to the next level, which is obviously effective. My son loves her! His learning ability seems to improve by the week. Ms.Tina and Ms.Veronica are both welcoming, both ladies are approachable with WONDERFUL spirits. The enviroment makes is safe I love that there are active camera's around the campus. I have had the pleasure of having 2 of my children attend ABC & Livingword academy. My son attended ABC when he was 3yrs old & would quote scriptures & sing all the time from what he learned & now my 23mo old is following in his footsteps. She already knows her ABC's & singing yes Jesus loves me! I really love that this school gives my kids the basis of christianity. My son is now 7yr old & still goes to the summer camp where he enjoys himself & back singing songs & quoting scriptures! Tonya Young

ABC Word Academy is a GREAT school. The directors and teachers are all Wonderful people. The care, and education they give your child is amazing. The first thing that impressed me about this school was how clean and organized it was, the staff running it just puts it over the top. I recommend it 100%. What a great school!!!!!! This school has surpassed all of my expectations and I really enjoy the staff and the administration. They work hard at educating my children and work tirelessly to set the children up for success. The facility is always kept clean and the classrooms child friendly. The school site is safe with cameras in each room and a combination lock on the doors. Kudos to the administration and teaching staff!!!!
