My daugther is completing her first year at MLS this year. She is a second grader that transfered from another Classical private school. We have been so happy with MLS and our 2nd grade teacher, Mrs. Wilson. She is amazing in every way. I know that she cares for my daughter and our family. I can't imagine leaving her class to move on to 3rd grade. Seriously Mrs. Wilson is so awesome!!The academics at MLS are very challenging. The children are also expected to display respectful behavior towards themselves and others. We have been very happy at MLS. The Admissions director is very responsive. I do have one gripe which is rather small. The children are required to wear dress shoes everyday even when on the playground. I don't feel like flats or dress shoes offer enough support for my daughter when she is playing on the playground. The office has been open to my concerns so we will see what next year brings. If you are looking for a school that helps your child to develop academically and spiritually, MLS is a smart choice. We have already referred two other families to MLS. We believe in the school and the leaders that are in place. Feel free to email me if you have questions.

This is a fantastic school! Teachers and staff are just wonderful! Small class size, academically rigorous, and caring and attentive teachers. Parent body is involved and active. I just can't say enough about this gem of a school!

My children enjoy going to MLS preschool. The school has a nice facility and loving teachers and wonderful activities for the kids. The school has a diverse student body and my children were loved and accepted even though we are not members of the Lutheran church. School administration generally worked with us to address our needs and concerns.

I have two children in the Early Childhood program, and love the care and attention that they receive and excellent Lutheran education! The Headmaster is committed to not only following the classical education model, but incorporating elements of technology, athletics, and religious studies to make a more well-rounded student by the time the kids get older. I would prefer to see a stronger presence of staff and teachers during before-school and after-school care times to bolster school security, and would welcome the use of the Raptor or other check-in systems for visitors. Fortunately, the teachers are attentive and alert, and know most (if not all!) students and parents by name, creating a warm and safe family environment. I would welcome more involvement of the attached Church, which our family is a member of, to use the school as outreach to the unchurched or "church-shopping" families that attend the school. Overall we are VERY pleased with MLS, and can't wait for each new school year as our kids grow in faith and knowledge at this special place!

I have two children who attend the Memorial Lutheran summer program. The first day I walked into the school to enroll them for Summer Camp, I could feel the love and care the faculty had for all children. The teachers are friendly and helpful! My daughter is allergic to bug bites, and the teachers make sure she is okay; especially when they are doing outdoor activities. The summer curriculum is also great! The activities are educational so my kids continue to learn while having fun during their vacation. Because my son will be too old next year, this will be his last summer. He is already talking about all the activities he will miss next year. If I lived closer to the school, I would enroll my children all year!

I have two children who both attended Memorial Lutheran school from PK to 8th grade. Not only did they receive the best academic education possible, but they were also taught to respect others and to have a true love of God. I would recommend this school to anyone who loves small class sizes, caring and loving teachers and staff, and wonderful extra curricular opportunities, like music, athletics, and academics.

My daughter just completed Second Grade this week at Memorial Lutheran School. I am so happy to see the progress that she has made in Math and Vocabulary. She always struggled in the past. The classes are small and the teachers really focus on the needs of each child. The school's music program is really worth it! Overall I can see the genuine interest and love that all of the staff has for all of the students. The school provides a safe and positive environment. It is a pleasure to walk in and see every teacher smile :) Third grade...here we go!

We have a preschooler who has been attending Memorial Lutheran since she was a year old. The teachers all know who our daughter is and are very attentive to her needs, which makes her (and us) feel comfortable and secure. We also appreciate the fact that when an issue arises they are quick to address and rectify the issue. We rest easy knowing that our daughter is getting a great education in a loving, Christian environment.

I have an infant (4mos old) attending Memorial Lutheran and we couldn't be happier with the care and love she is given throughout the day. The teachers are very attentive to her needs and encourage her development as well by introducing her to new activities. I was looking for more of a school environment vs a daycare as I want my baby to be educated and stimulated from an early age while also being loved and nurtured. She gets all of that from her teachers here. We have seen a huge difference in her mood and development since she's been attending Memorial Lutheran. The school has a very familial atmosphere which makes me feel all the more comfortable when leaving my baby for the day. I would highly recommend Memorial Lutheran to any parents looking for childcare for their infants. Its top notch!

We have two daughters attending Memorial Lutheran. One is two and a half and the other is seven months. We have been extremely pleased with this school. I am impressed with what my two and a half year old already knows. She knows her alphabet and how to count. She also can recite the Lord's Prayer verbatim. She loves going to school, and we rest easy knowing that she is in such a loving Christian environment. My little one is also happy at school. The caregivers and teachers truly love the children, and it shows. We have considered moving to another part of town, but we are hesitant to move too far away from this school.
