This school provides a quality experience for children. My son has been in it since he was 20 months and they have been very patient and loving with him. It is a very small school, so it is easy to get to know all the teachers, and for all the teachers to know me and my child. As is true everywhere, some teachers are better than others and some things don't always go right, but the school director and teachers do go out of their way to accommodate all needs and make improvements. As they have started to pursue a Montessori curriculum in 2012, I have seen lots of good changes. The cost is relatively lower than other schools/daycares and they have been reluctant to increase tuition bc they want to keep it affordable. Many of the teachers have been there for several years, some over15 years! Regarding the parent who wrote they wanted their money back, was at the school in 2008, so if their bad experience was indeed true, things have changed a lot since then--for the better. But I take that review with a grain of salt--did their son really do a 360 once he went to public school?! Did they mean a 180?

Christian School of Northwest Houston gave both of my boys the best start ever! They both attended from 2 years old through Kindergarten. When I put them in public school, they both excelled. They are now in high school honors classes. We've recently moved back to the area so that my daughter can benefit from the same wonderful foundation.

Because we are a Military Family, we are always moving and always trying to find good schools for our boys. But, this is the BEST school ever! I miss everything about this school! The staff, the quality education they provide, the love, the closeness, etc. They really are wonderful!!

My son attended this school. I thought it was going to be great because it was a Christian school. The teachers were unstable. The good ones are over workedbecause the others don't come to work. They do not teach! You will pay a lot of money for nothing. I put my son in public school and he has made a 360! I wish I could ask for a refund of the thousands I paid.

My daughter is currently in Pre-K at CSNWH and she loves it. She has been there for two years My oldest daughter also attended Pre-K there and they really prepared her for kindergarten. The teachers and staff are all very friendly and caring. I am pleased with the academic program, bible classes and Spanish classes. This school is very affordable compared to other Christian schools in the area so working class families can afford to give their children a quality private school education without going broke in the process.

This is a great school. The faculty and staff are truly gifted in educating and caring for children. My son attended Kindergarten this past year, and I was amazed at the material that he learned and just how wonderful his teacher is! The class was like a little family. They learn Spanish and computers, math, reading, and last but not least Bible. Parental involvement is highly encouraged. The school promotes communication and interaction with the class and teachers.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
