Miller is a wonderful school and I have not met any Teacher or Administrator there that was not very helpful and nice. My older went there a few years ago and now my younger daughter is there. They both love it. There are alot of activities going on all the time and it's very easy to find out anything you need to know about the school or any special things going on just by dropping by or calling. When i moved last year I made sure that I was stuill in the Miller zone so my younger daughter could attend!

My son is a black male student who was not understood by the school teachers. Since minimum parental involvement was had with the school my son did not learn as much as he could have. The teacher did not understand how to deal with my son therefore this school did not work for us.

As with most AISD schools, this school has high academic standard. There is strict focus on academic excellence while leaving room for extracurricular activities such as sports, music, healthy competitions, etc. Parents, teachers and students form a triad that ensures the full involvement of families in the students academic pursuits.
