If you are looking in the Memorial area, Memorial Middle School is one of the best middle schools in Houston, hands down. Strong academics, no-cut sports program and top-notch teachers.

If you live in the Energy Corridor, it is not zoned for this school though. I think the boundaries for MMS are Kirkwood to Bunker Hill.

Spring Branch ISD is phenomenal, with an outstanding superintendent and caring board members. This group of people, along with the teachers in SBISD, are committed to a successful outcome for every child (and no, I am not a board member, just a very satisfied parent). Good luck

Hi Vahid-m

A great place to start is the GreatSchools find-a-school feature here: http://www.greatschools.org/find-schools/

Type in the zip code, and you can narrow down your search to public, private, or charter schools, and how many miles you're willing to travel. You can read parent reviews and compare school ratings.

Good luck!
