Wonderful School full of wonderful staff members. Very student centered and acadmically focused. All students are important and encouraged to be the best student they can be. Academics are very challenging.

Ingram Elementary is an outstanding school. The teachers have so much heart & compassion. My 3 children attend here after moving from a larger neighboring school district and are thriving due to more attention from their teachers & staff. The students are respectful and use uncommon phrases such as "yes ma'am" and " yes sir". It is a smaller school w many opportunities for the children to be involved in a multitude of activities. I love the fact when the kids get older they will be able to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities simultaneously without having to specialize in one area as they would in a bigger school, thus limiting their exposure to new experiences. It is a small town feel with many caring members in the community. Lots of wonderful changes are occurring in this district & I see IISD as becoming the preferred district in the near future. Beautiful Friday night football games w a view of the hills on the other side of the Guadalupe River.

I could not be happier with Ingram Elementary School. Two years ago we moved here from California. Our son had been in private schools, the only way to accomidate a learning disability. We were surprised when he tested at over two years behind grade level. There was little hope of him passing the required TAKS test. The staff worked with him and he barely passed the TAKS test. Last year the staff continued to work with him and he is starting to 'run with the pack.' An academic factory the school is not. But a school that helps students to develop academic and life skills it is. Again I could not be happier with the school, it's teachers and staff.

This is the WORST school if you have a child that is challenged. They will NOT help you out in any way.

Ingram Elementary is an excellent school. Due to the location in a small community the classes are small and children are offered more one to one attention from teachers.
