This is a very racial school. It is basically run by the parents. The administration and faculty have no backbone. The discipline is poor. Parent involvement is very low. The math program is great, but teachers do not work together. There is great inconsistency in the Language Arts program.

Rowe has teachers who are teaching core subjects without the certification required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. In fact they are teaching math incorrectly, which can be substantiated and proven. The administrators of the school and superintendent choose to ignore the facts which cause students to fail. I find this appalling and a waste of our children's time and effort. Especially Special needs children are at the biggest loss. Since there are no trained special education teachers to work with our children, which the law requires there to be and the administration feels it is easier to send them home after 10:00 am when they have met their quota. Our children lose, not the school.
