Jourdanton Elementary has provided both my children with outstanding educational experiences. My children have not only met but exceeded the state requirements because of the programs available at school. Both of my children participated in advanced reading classes this past school year that had a challenging curriculum. The Gifted and Talented program is the best in our county. Melody Lawrence is an excellent teacher who always goes above and beyond to help her students. She is an excellent role model and geniunely cares about her students. There is a great deal of parental involvement at school as volunteers and participation in school functions.
