After my son haveing to attend another middle school in KISD, I would recommend this school 100%. From the time you walk in the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone at this school is such a pleasure to talk to....If you are looking for a middle school with above average selections of electives, sports and activities for your child as well as a very caring and helpful staff...then run dont walk and get your child enrolled!!!!!

Charles E. Patterson Middle School here in Killeen, Texas is an Outstanding School. They have some of the best Teachers whom are very supportive to the youth. I love the academics they have there and the Sports Department. I look forward to seeing this school excell highly in the upcoming years. The whole enitre faculty from the Principle on down it outstanding and if I were to grade this school overall, I give them an A+. Great Job, This first year 2009-2010 to Charles E. Brand new school for 2009-2010 school year. There is a lot to do at this school already such as cheerleading, student council, dance, art club, free tutoring, school dances etc. The teachers that my child has (7th grade) are helpful, caring, and concerned about each of their students. My child's favorite things about this school are that it is clean (big difference from other kisd she attended last year), the teachers are approachable, and after lunch children are given the freedom to play outside, go to library or go to computer lab.
